Specially designed to achieve extreme casting distances, the Akios AIRLOOP is the ideal reel if you are looking for extra casting distance. A true casting machine, the AIRLOOP offers super-slow oscillation, laying an incredible 54 line wraps per cycle onto its tournament-length spool. This results in a truly exceptional line lay. The precise placement of the line on the spool significantly reduces frictional drag when the line peels off the spool, leading to a substantial increase in casting distances.

Equipped with no less than 8+1 stainless steel ball bearings and a worm shaft drive, the AIRLOOP is not only silky smooth but also incredibly robust. Thanks to its speed-drag system, the drag can be tightened with just a fraction of a turn, allowing hard-fighting fish to be tamed instantly.
